PURPOSE: A solid photographing device, an operation method and a photographing device thereof are provided to distribute a signal charge to charge temporal accumulating units and accumulates the charge. CONSTITUTION: A basin-type charge temporary accumulating unit(28) is formed between transmission direction end part of a vertical charge transmission line and a horizontal charge transmission line. The basin-type charge temporary accumulating unit provisionally accumulates the signal charge transmitted along the vertical charge transmission. The basin-type charge temporary accumulating unit transmits the accumulated signal charge to the horizontal charge transmission line. Wires(36,37) for control signal loading are connected to electric charge temporal accumulating unit composing the basin-type charge temporary accumulating unit. |
