The device has horizontal support plates (4) connected with photovoltaic solar panels (2) by bolts (8) and inviolable nuts (9). The support plates are fixed to cradles of a greenhouse by clamps of purlins on which carrier rods (5) are installed. The plates are fixed on the carrier rods by self-piercing screws provided with washers (12) and incorporated seals. A square joint (7) made of rubber is inserted between the carrier rod and the panels, where the plates have sizes and shapes that are varied depending on size of the greenhouse.
