PURPOSE: A flying robot using electroactive polymers is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of robot and to provide excellent flying performance regardless of flying environment. CONSTITUTION: A flying robot(100) using electroactive polymers comprises a floating force generating unit(140), a main body(120), multiple driving units(110), and propelling units(130). The floating force generating unit floats the robot. The main body is installed in the bottom of the floating force generating unit and comprises a controller. The driving units are installed in the bottom of the main body and are composed of electroactive polymers. The propelling units are installed each end of the driving units.
