PURPOSE: A baby carriage with a ventilation function is provided to prevent bacteria from being bred by supplying air to the seat of the baby carriage, and to appropriately control the temperature of a child. CONSTITUTION: A baby carriage with a ventilation function comprises wheels(10), driving shafts(11), gears(12), a shaft, an infant seat(18), a blower(16), and a passage member(17). The wheels are rotated by being in contact with the ground. The driving shafts are connected to the wheels. The gears are coupled to the driving shafts. The shaft is connected to the gears and is rotated by the gears. The infant seat is supported by a support frame(19) coupled to the driving shafts.
