PURPOSE: A connection method and structure for pre-insulated pipes are provided to carry out fusion of plastic pipes while a heating element and an elastic fusion element are contacting the outer surface of the outer pipe, thereby improving airtightness at the pipe joint part. CONSTITUTION: A connection method and structure for pre-insulated pipes is as follows. Pre-insulated pipes are aligned in a connection location. Inner pipes(P1) are connected each other. A supporter is installed between the inner pipes and outer pipes(P2). A heating element(120) is arranged in the outer surfaces of the outer pipes and the supporter. The heating element is fixed to the outer circumference and the supporter of the outer pipe. An elastic fusion element(130) having a larger diameter than the outer pipes is aligned with the heating element and contacts the outer surfaces of the outer pipes. As power is provided to the heating element, the pre-insulated pipes are connected each other.
