PURPOSE: A heating window assembly for an infra-red closed circuit television is provided to capture a clear image by removing moisture from a window. CONSTITUTION: In order to remove frost or moisture from a window(110), a heating member(120) contacts a rear portion of the window. When the heating member reaches a set temperature, a temperature sensor activates the heating member. In order to transfer the heat of the heating member to a lens module, an inner ring(140) is inserted into a groove outlet(111). An outer ring(150) is installed at a front surface of the window, and the external ring shields an IR(Infrared Ray). The external ring transfers the heat to the window.
