PURPOSE: A polyolefin catalyst, a producing method thereof, a using method thereof, and a polyolefin are provided to obtain the excellent fluff form and the high activity of the catalyst by heat-treating. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polyolefin catalyst comprises the following steps: contacting a soluble magnesium dialkoxide compound with a chlorinating agent to form a reactant A; contacting the reactant A with two blends of fourfold substituted titanium compounds to produce a reactant B; contacting the reactant B with titanium halide to form a reactant C; contacting the reactant C with a organic aluminum back up activator to form a pre-activated catalyst; and heating the pre-activated catalyst for 30 minutes~24 hours at 90~150 deg C.
