THE PLYWOOD MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE FIBER

PURPOSE: A manufacture method of plywood is provided to improve the tensile force of the plywood using a fiber, and to reduce the manufacturing cost by decreasing usage amount of expensive materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of plywood comprises the following steps: pre-processing a material wood by steam(1); cutting the material wood with a fixed length(2); cutting the material wood again to make a single panel with a constant thickness(3); drying and setting the panel to fit the standard(4,5); spreading an adhesive among single panels(6); cooling an thermosetting the panel(7); and packing the finished plate after checking.
