PURPOSE: A block for a fence and a fence construction method using the same is provided to improve environment-friendly property and streamline construction processes. CONSTITUTION: A block(B) for a fence comprises following steps. Mortar is blocked and a center hole is completed. A first lug and a second lug are projected at the upper center of a first vertical shaft and a second vertical shaft which are adjacent to a center hole. A first lug groove and a second lug groove are formed at the lower center of the first vertical shaft and the second vertical shaft.
