PURPOSE: A kitchenware manufacturing method is provided to prevent soup from overflowing or food from burning using the indirect heat generated by a heat storage element. CONSTITUTION: A kitchenware manufacturing method is as follows. An upper container(10) is provided, which has a center plane(11) and a peripheral plane(12). A lower container(20) is provided, which has a center surface(21) and an outer plane(22). An aluminum tip(30) is attached to the center surface to face the through-hole(23) of the lower container. A heat storage element(50) is filled on the center plane and the lower container is combined with the upper container. The peripheral plane and the outer plane are welded. The moisture and the air are discharged from the heat storage element through the space between the aluminum tip and the through-hole by heating the lower and upper containers and thus the space between the center plane and the center surface is formed in a vacuum state(S16). The aluminum tip and the through-hole are welded. |
