The circuit has a fuel cell (3) whose heat dissipation load i.e. shielded electric resistor (11), operates at constant speed, to avoid an open state or an non-electrical discharge state of an electrical consuming circuit (9), thus preventing interruption of continuous operation of the cell. The load is immersed in a liquid (12). The consuming circuit contains a reversing switch (8) controlled by a detector (10) that detects the open state or non-electrical discharge state in the consuming circuit to which the cell supplies its electric power. The liquid is water or heat transfer liquid.
