PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for increasing the persistence of a suction plate, an auxiliary pad for the suction plate is provided to adsorption durability by connecting with a suction plate secondary member. CONSTITUTION: A suction plate comprises a machine parts area, a member part and a silicon coating lower-part(31). Primer spreads on an adsorption surface(11) of the machine parts area. The silicon bond spreads on the acryl-form lower-part(21) of the member part. The inner surface of the member part at the same time has the ductility adhesive property. The inner surface of the member part includes the acrylic acid component with the acryl-form having both surface adhesive. The silicon coating lower-part at the same time has the stickiness and elasticity. The stickiness and elasticity is formed at the same time due by the reaction of two different materials.
