PURPOSE: A multi transmission-level type shift lug and a shift rail assembly using the same are provided to obtain a six-speed manual transmission without complex mechanical assembling operations. CONSTITUTION: A five-speed/six-speed lug end(26) is formed on the upper side of a lug body(22) in order to select a five-speed/six-speed transmission. A three-speed/four-speed rail combination end(23) with a through hole, through which a three-speed/four-speed rail is passes, is placed under the lug body. A five-speed/six-speed lug(21) is arranged in parallel with the three-speed/four-speed rail. A five-speed/six-speed fork(30) inserted into a fork combination end and transfers a transmission gear. A one-speed/two-speed rail combination end(25) is formed in the front of the five-speed/six-speed lug end.
