PURPOSE: An absorption liquid recycling device is provided to prevent a foul smell by processing a gas phase contaminants, and to reduce costs by extending a lifespan of the absorption liquid applied in a washing-type prevention facility. CONSTITUTION: An absorption liquid recycling device includes the following: an inflow tank(22) with a first processed water inlet(21) receiving absorption liquid in which dust is removed; a separation tank(23) with a second processed water outlet(26) and is connected to the next of the inflow tank; a micro-bubble generating jacket(24) mounted to the bottom of the separation tank; a re-circulation pump(27) circulating a part of the adsorption liquid to a minute bubble generating device(28); and an ozone generating device(31) connected to the minute bubble generating device.
