CONSTITUTION: A premium raffle related to thank-you gift is realized by a business page, one lottery game, a lottery game manual(1), a thank-you gift, a internet bulletin board(1a), and a plurality of members. The members approach to the business page on an internet. The members select lottery numbers according to the lottery game manual. The members post the selected lottery numbers on the internet bulletin board. By regulation raffle of the lottery game, a lottery winning target is determined. |
