PURPOSE: A dental operating device is provided to minimize the damage of a dental root which is generated due to the contact between implant and the dental root by detecting the contact between the implant and the dental root in real time and to improve the convenience of operation. CONSTITUTION: A dental operating device comprises: a vibration generator(210); a vibration transmitting member(220) which transfers the vibration to teeth; an approaching unit(120) for making a treating structure approach the teeth; a vibration detector(230) which is mounted on the approaching unit and detects a vibratory signal which is transferred through the teeth; an alarm generator(240) which selectively outputs an alarm signal according to the vibratory signal which is detected from the vibration detector. The vibration transmitting member covers the crown of the teeth.
