DATA UPDATE METHOD FOR MOBILE TERMINAL AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A data update method for a mobile terminal, and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently update the data such as an execution file by generating an updated execution file from current execution file and data. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(408) receives the different kind of data between updated first data and second data before updating through a wireless communication network, and a data updater(409) creates the first data based on the received different kind of data and the first data stored in a storage unit(404). The different data are the data which are supposed to be changed in an execution file before updating. If the identification information of the second data included in the different data is identical to the identification information of the second data, the data updater generates the first data.
