<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity with respect to light, having a wavelength of 365 nm or 405 nm and superior temporal stability, and forming a cured film which is inhibited from coloring over time, at heating. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains: (A) a polymerizable compound; (B) a binder resin; and (C) a photopolymerization initiation system, containing an oxime ester compound and at least one compound selected from the compounds represented by general formulae (1) to (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
