PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link and store the present number of owned balls in a cellular phone by a simple operation from a ball lending machine by using the cellular phone even in the case of a cellular phone member. SOLUTION: A game machine management system includes: a management device 4 for managing the member IDm of the cellular phone, prepaid balance, owned ball balance and stored ball balance for each cellular phone member; and the ball lending machine 3 provided with a ball counting part 42 for counting the present number of acquired balls as the present number of owned balls. The ball lending machine 3 includes: an operation reception control part 52 for validating the operation reception of a reader-writer part 33 for the cellular phone when the button operation of a stored ball button 34E is detected; and a storage updating instruction part 59 for acquiring the IDm of the cellular phone 2 when the exposing operation of the cellular phone 2 is detected while the operation reception is valid and for instructing a storage updating instruction to the management device 4 so as to add and update the present number of owned balls to the stored ball balance corresponding to the IDm under management in the management device 4.
