PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set parameters easily, even if the number and position of needle falling points are changed. SOLUTION: The sewing data creating device 100 of the sewing machine which comprises an input means 10, a first needle falling point data creating means 1, a first parameter adding means 1, and a storing means 5, further includes: a change input means 10 to input a change of the sewing shape; a shape point data editing means 1 to edit a plurality of first shape point data; a second needle falling point data creating means 1 to create a plurality of second needle falling point data; an extraction means 1 to extract additional needle falling point data; a position calculation means 1 which extracts the first shape point data just after and just before the additional needle falling point data, and determines a position of these two points of additional needle falling point data against the first shape point data; and a second parameter addition means which specifies the second needle falling point data that is closest to the position of additional needle falling point data calculated by the position calculation means from a plurality of second needle falling point data, and adds a sewing parameter to the specified specification needle falling point data.
