<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve water by using leftover water in a bathtub, which has had utility values only for bath cleaning, laundry, toilet cleaning, floor wiping, etc. and been discharged into a sewer system without being sufficiently used for other purposes over long years, as toilet cleaning water and for car washing, water sprinkling for gardens, etc., so as to contribute to energy conservation and natural environment protection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By pumping up leftover water after cleaning and laundry with an underwater motor every day, it is hardly necessary to use water supply for toilets. By periodically sterilizing the water, because the bathtub water is used, and additionally installing a few tanks for temporarily storing rainwater, the water can be utilized more stably.
