<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive film for protection which shows appropriate adhesion to an adherend and does not generate a pollutant derived from the pressure-sensitive adhesive film on processing such as cutting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive film for protection can be formed by adjusting the compounding ratio of a block copolymer mixture including an M-A type diblock copolymer and an M-A-M type triblock copolymer which are composed of a methyl methacrylate polymer block (M) and a butyl acrylate polymer block (A) and a phthalate based plasticizer in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
