Disclosed is a control system that is capable of feedback to an actual wind power electricity generation and accumulator system while establishing a method of control that is capable of maximizing an effective lifetime of an accumulator, based on already known conditions, such as SOC and other operating conditions, which are capable of maximizing the effective lifetime of the accumulator under conditions of the temperature or the wind at the electricity generation site.  The control system comprises a wind power electricity generation and accumulator system, an accumulator operation and deterioration data collection unit, which collects data on the wind power electricity generation and accumulator system, an accumulator operation and deterioration relation assessment unit, which assesses a relation between the operation and the deterioration of the accumulator, based on the collected data, an accumulator operation planning unit, which employs information obtained by the accumulator operation and deterioration assessment unit to plan a method of operating the accumulator that will satisfy necessary effective lifetime conditions, and an accumulator operation instruction unit, which instructs the wind power electricity generation and accumulator system on the operation of the accumulator, according to the plan made by the accumulator operation planning unit.
