A prepreg folding and forming apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a vacuum chamber having an internal space under vacuum; an expansion unit which is arranged in the vacuum chamber, having an upper surface on which the prepreg is disposed, and which expands by the vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber; a heating unit arranged in the vacuum chamber to heat the prepreg; a mandrel disposed on a portion of the upper surface of the prepreg; a first press unit brought into contact with the mandrel to press the mandrel; and a second press unit which presses the other portion of the upper surface of the prepreg and the expansion unit at the same time. The disclosed prepreg folding and forming apparatus can easily fold and form a plurality of prepregs which are stacked into a thick layer, and which can transfer sufficient pressure to the corner part of the mandrel by the pressure applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the prepreg, thereby preventing the prepreg from becoming wrinkled.
