PURPOSE: A feedback loop for delay locking operation, a DLL circuit, and a control method thereof are provided to improve the area efficiency by reducing occupation area. CONSTITUTION: A first feedback loop(20) includes a delay line and delays a reference clock. A first feedback loop compensates a duty cycle by controlling the delay value of the delay line. A second feedback loop(30) generates an output clock by detecting the phase of a reference clock and delaying a compensation clock using the delay value.
