PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MIMO signal processing method, device, and system. SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: previously setting a set of code books including at least one code book; coding a signal to be processed based on a space characteristic; and using a code book, which is selected at a side receiving the signal to be processed from the set of code books, to perform precoding processing. The present invention performs double processing to the signal to be processed through the combination of the space characteristic-based coding and the code book-based precoding, thus making it possible to ensuring the MIMO system performance even in an environment of various travel speeds.
