PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing harbor quay-wall reinforcing structure and a reinforcing method that can effectively transmit a horizontal force applied to a quay-wall to a pile body, thereby employing a small-sized pile. SOLUTION: The existing harbor quay-wall reinforcing structure includes a wall body support member 7 arranged at the front face of a steel sheet pile 1 of an existing quay-wall and installed to come in direct or indirect contact with the steel sheet pile 1 to support the steel sheet pile from the front face side, and the pile body 9 with the head connected to the wall body support member 7 to support the wall body support member.
