PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of protecting game components provided in a playfield. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine includes a game board on which a playfield where game balls flow down is formed. On the game board, a variable display unit is provided for variably displaying patterns. The variable display unit includes a symbol display device and a center frame 91 surrounding the symbol display device, and the center frame 91 is disposed in the state of being projected from the front surface of the game board. On a specified part where a game ball rebounded from return rubber 270 is to reach in the center frame 91, a second buffer mechanism 330 is provided. The second buffer mechanism 330 includes a front side plate 380 where a ball collision part 381 with which a game ball is to collide is provided. The front side plate 380 is attached to the center frame 91 in the state of allowing displacement in the collision direction of a ball collision part 381 when the game ball collides with the ball collision part 381.
