PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft device mounting structure enabling to easily mount a camshaft device on the shaft supporting part of a cylinder head. SOLUTION: The camshaft device mounting structure includes a camshaft 21, a plurality of cam tops 25, and a plurality of roller bearings 30. On the outer peripheries of the plurality of roller bearings 30, the same number of housing bodies 40 are provided in rectangular block shapes. In each of the housing bodies 40, an assembly hole 41 is formed into which the roller bearing 30 is incorporated and a mounting through-hole 45 is provided through which a male screw portion 18 of a fastening bolt 17 is inserted.
