PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching a refractory tile, which enables a fire-resistant exterior wall structure having a desired fire-resistive performance to be efficiently formed with the refractory tile. SOLUTION: In this structure for attaching the refractory tile 10, the large number of refractory tiles are latched to a latching substrate material 11 which is attached along an exterior wall substrate surface 13 of an exterior wall 30 of a building, and arranged vertically and horizontally, so as to form the fire-resistant exterior wall structure 12 and prevent a flame from intruding indoors. The refractory tile 10 has a rectangular front shape and a horizontally-penetrating through-hole 17 while end surfaces on four sides are obliquely-opposing surfaces 18a and 18b and surfaces 19a and 19b opposing in a shiplap manner. The surfaces 18a and 18b and the surfaces 19a and 19b are arranged in a mutually-opposed manner so as to form the respective joint portions 20a, 20b between the refractory tiles 10 adjoining each other in horizontal and vertical directions. Furthermore, the large number of refractory tiles 10 are attached to the latching substrate material 11 in a state in which the through-holes 17 of the plurality of continuously-arranged refractory tiles 10 communicate with one another in the horizontal direction.
