<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand finger washing device enabling the effective recycling of the electrolytic water of one of the alkaline water and acid water which are generated by an electrolytic bath and not in use by storing the electrolytic water without disposing of it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A water passage for storage 12A and a water passage for discharge 12B are connected to outlets 10M, 10N of the electrolytic bath 10, respectively. A discharge port 12 for discharging the alkaline water or acid water fed thereto to use for washing and sterilizing fingers of the user is provided at the end of the water passage for discharge 12B. A storage changeover valve 16 for storing electrolytic water other than water discharged from the discharge port 12, namely, acid water or alkaline water into a storage tank 18A or 18B is provided at the end of the water passage for storage 12A.
