The present invention relates to a content-collaboration network system and a content-collaboration method. The content-collaboration network system which can publish relevant content available on an open communications network and allows sharing of the relevant content thereby comprises an application program plug-in module, a content map editor, and a community service unit. The application program plug-in module drives, on a user terminal, an application program for constructing a system. The content map editor establishes a user network room for content collaboration, generates items in the user network room in accordance with control instructions input from the user terminal, and applies collaboration attributes to the items. The community service unit ensures collaboration of contents according to collaboration attributes, between visitor terminals connected to the user network room. Thus users can collaborate on relevant contents in real time on the Web on an anonymous basis. Moreover, even without connecting to a specific content-related Web, users can check if the other party is connected to the Internet and can create, circulate and manage relevant contents with each other, and can relatively easily check the properties of relevant contents for collaboration and when necessary can easily provide such contents to other users.
