The exhaust element (2) is centrically arranged in a through-hole (11) of a locking piece (3) of a constant velocity joint (1). A circulating groove (8) is provided with side surfaces in outer region, where the side surfaces are formed parallel to each other. The groove is formed with a groove base diameter that is smaller than diameter of the through-hole of the locking piece. The exhaust element is made of elastomer or another flexible and sealing material. An independent claim is also included for an exhaust arrangement for use as an exhaust system in constant velocity joints.
