The system has a base body (I) divided into individual parts, where height (H) and breadth (B) of the base body correspond to half breadth and shoulder breadth of the patient, respectively. Different filling materials are utilized in individual regions of the base body, where lower length (Lu) of the base body corresponds to sum of the height and length of an upper body part of the patient. A reclining surface for the patient is created by diverse insertion elements i.e. shaped cushion, corresponding to anatomical needs, where the elements are variably positioned and/or moved in the base body.
