PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance general versatility and workability during installation of a rail device for a pipe. SOLUTION: The rail device 1 for a pipe includes a rail body 5 formed of a plate-like spring member arranged along a direction of going around a circumferential surface 2a of the pipe 2 for letting a mobile device 9 travel, and a plurality of seats 8 removably mounted to the pipe 2 and respectively containing springs 10 and magnets 12 for elastically supporting the rail body 5 on the circumferential surface 2a of the pipe 2. The respective seats 8 are arranged between the circumferential surface 2a of the pipe 2 and the rail body 5 to have spaces in between in the direction of going around the pipe 2.
