<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lactic bacterium fermentation product which effectively uses a wort as a vegetable raw material, can correspond to social backgrounds, can daily continuously be used, has excellent safety, and can reduce and prevent mental and physical symptoms caused by stress. <P>SOLUTION: This wort fermentation product is obtained by fermenting a wort with Lactobacillus pentosus YIT10313 (FERM AP-21755). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
