PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for preparing a sealed letter having no need for pasting and preventing a twofold part from rising up of overlapped papers each other when twofold processing is performed. SOLUTION: An upper paper and a lower paper are stuck together, and a perforation for folding for two-fold is formed on the lower paper. Pressure-sensitive adhesive applying regions are provided on three peripheral edge parts of one region being on the upper face of the lower paper and divided by the perforation for folding. An adhesive applying region is provided on the whole region except the pressure-sensitive adhesive applying region. A releasing agent applying region is provided on a region being a back face of the upper paper and overlapping the pressure-sensitive adhesive applying region. A triangle shape region where no pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied is provided in the vicinity of both ends of the perforation for folding and between the perforation for folding and the pressure-sensitive adhesive applying region. A triangle shape region on which no upper paper is overlapped is provided on a triangle shape region in which no pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
