PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater discharge machining device performing a flexible access movement to a workpiece to be machined in a remote discharge machining operation underwater and at a narrow section. SOLUTION: A discharge machining head 2 is arranged underwater. An underwater work device 1 is arranged underwater while the discharge machining head 2 is moved by a work arm 3. An operation control board 6 is arranged on the ground while it remotely controls the underwater work device 1. A power source 4 for discharge machining supplies power to the discharge machining head 2 and is arranged on the ground. The power source 4 for discharge machining has a DC power source circuit 7 for generating DC power. A discharge circuit box 5 generates high frequency pulse power from the DC power supplied by a cable 9 from the DC power source circuit 7, and is mounted on the underwater work device 1.
