PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture obtaining a cement hardened body which can be easily kneaded, whose shrinkage upon hardening is reduced and which has high strength, when being added to a cement composition, and to provide a cement composition obtaining a cement hardened body which can be easily kneaded, whose shrinkage upon hardening is reduced and which has high strength. SOLUTION: The cement admixture comprises specified pozzolan micropowder as the main component.
