<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method in a shielded working space allowing various work in the working space to be efficiently performed through a working bag-like membrane without mounting many working bag-like membranes to a shielding membrane for partitioning a worker's entry space from the working space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The working method comprises mounting the working bag-like membrane 15 to cover an opening 14 for work formed in a shielding membrane 11 partitioning the worker's entry space 13 from a removal work space 12, and pushing out the working bag-like membrane 15 to the removal work space 12 side through the opening 14 for work to perform work in the removal work space 12 from the entry space 13 side. The opening 14 for work is slidingly moved along the shielding membrane 11 by forming an opening portion extended continuously with the front side in a sliding direction X and blocking an opening portion at the end on the rear side in the sliding direction X, thus performing work in the removal work space 12 through the working bag-like membrane 15.
