PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely support the head of an occupant in the case of a rear-end collision by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A vehicular seat is constituted by arranging a turning mechanism 15 turning a headrest body 8 forward around the lower end of the headrest, an urging means urging the turn of the upper end of the headrest forward, a lock means locking the turn of the headrest resisting the urging by the urging means, and a rear collison-time turning means composed a response means releasing locking by the lock means when a rearward load of the occupant applied to a seatback reaches a predetermined magnitude or larger.
