A resource cooperation method and system are disclosed in the present invention. According to the technical solutions of the invention, each cooperation node has a time window with the same time length, and the same time resource in the time window is selected for cooperating resources, so the cooperation resources and the non-cooperation resources are in the form of time-division. With the simple and maneuverable solutions provided by the invention, the resources are divided reasonably, and the problem of the Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) being inaccurate caused by the frequency resource cooperation is solved effectively, so that the scheduling is not influenced by the inaccurate CQI any more. Accurate CQI will enable the code, modulation, and resource mapping and so on to be more suitable for the link status, thereby improving the link performance of a single point to a single point, and improving the throughput of the whole system as well.
