CHARGING CIRCUIT HAVING SMOOTH CHARGING TRANSITION MODE

PURPOSE: A load charger circuit is provided to alleviate the rapid change of a charge current by charging a load in response to a regulating voltage. CONSTITUTION: A current mirror part charges a load(10) in response to a regulating voltage. A charge control part applies comparison result values after comparing the current sensing value and voltage sensing value of the current mirror part with each reference value. A charge control part generates applied a result voltage as a regulating voltage. A source-drain channel is serially connected between a power source voltage and the ground in MOS transistors. The current mirror part comprises a first and a second P type MOS transistor. In the current mirror part, source is commonly connected to a power supply voltage(VCHG).
