<p>The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the remote control as shown in the drawings; the remote control is rectangular in plan view and presents a curved oblong shape in cross-section along its length; the upper concave surface of the remote control presents a pair of centrally aligned identical circular areas situated on either side of an oblong area when viewed in top plan view.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view from above of the design of the remote control;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.</p> |
