<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding tool of a steel tape with a metallic plate cam for an elevator, capable of easily deforming a plurality of metallic plate cams in a uniform curved shape, so as to efficiently perform removal-winding work of the steel tape with the metallic cam plate. <P>SOLUTION: This winding tool 40 of the steel tape 26 with the metallic plate cam 30 for the elevator, includes an installation part 42 for installing the winding tool 40 on a safety fence 36 arranged on a car 14, and a curved passage part 44 fixed to this installation part 42 and having a curved passage for passing the steel tape 26 with the metallic plate cam 30.
