PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power source capable of accumulating electricity by a small scale of wind power generation using wind pressure generated in a subway or the like, to obtain energy not generating CO2. SOLUTION: A system is constructed to collect efficiently air inside of a tunnel, using a wind tunnel, to operate a motor to generate electric power, and to use the electric power without the wind pressure, by accumulating the generated electricity in a battery or the like.
