PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a function for holding a cover body. SOLUTION: In the mount member 31, protective washers 48 and 50 are arranged between a shock absorbing material 42 and a thermal insulation cover 28, and the protective washers 48 and 50 have hardness almost equivalent to the one of the shock absorbing material 42 and the heat shielding cover 28 having the higher hardness. In this embodiment, the thermal insulation cover 28 is made of aluminum, and the shock absorbing material 42 is made of SUS mesh, and therefore, the hardness of the shock absorbing material 42 is higher. Therefore, the protective washers 48 and 50 are made of stainless steel having the hardness equivalent to the SUS mesh or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
