PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in an antenna characteristic in a portable wireless apparatus which suppresses an increase in a manufacturing cost and does not receive restriction in a mounting area in a circuit board. SOLUTION: The circuit board 102 is provided in a case 101 and has ground potential. A first antenna 106 is provided at the circuit board 102. A second antenna 111 is held by the case 101 so as to be freely protruded and retracted from/to the case 101. A first wireless part 103 is provided at the circuit board 102 and electrically connected to the first antenna 106. A second wireless part 107 is provided at the circuit board 102 and electrically connected to the second antenna 111. A conductive member 112 has the same potential as the ground potential and is electrically unconnected to the second antenna 111 and covers an outer circumferential part housed in the case 101 of the second antenna 111.
