<p>An upright self-sucking piezoceramics pump includes a pump body (1) provided with a liquid inlet cavity and a liquid outlet cavity, a pump cover (6) and a check valve (3), a piezoceramics energy conversion piece (7) is installed in a pump cavity formed by assembling the pump body (1) and the pump cover (6); the upper face and the lower face of the piezoceramics energy conversion piece are respectively provided with an insulating and pressureproof protective layer (7.1), an elastic seal rubber layer (7.2) and a waterproof and insulating seal ring (5); and the check valve (3) comprises a valve head (3.2), a compression spring (3.1) and a seal ring (3.3); the center lines of the liquid inlet cavity and the liquid outlet cavity in the pump body are arranged on the same straight line and are respectively positioned on the lower part and the upper part of the pump body; the outlet of the liquid outlet cavity is provided with a valve seat matching the valve head of the check valve; one tie-in of a liquid inlet pipe (10) and one tie-in of a liquid outlet pipe (2) are respectively installed on the inlet of the liquid inlet cavity and the outlet of the liquid outlet cavity; and the check valve (3) is installed in the cavity of the tie-in of the liquid outlet pipe.</p> |
