<p>The present invention relates to a fireproof or fire resistant device with improved performance. Said device includes a core (20) made of fibrous insulating material and having two opposed surfaces (22, 23), and two coverings (21, 24) that are rigidly connected to each surface of the core. The invention is characterized in that the core (2) made of insulating material includes mineral fiber through-elements (25) that crisscross the core body and perforate the two opposed surfaces (22, 23) of the core, the coverings (21, 24), which are made of a fibrous material and organic binder, being made to rigidly connect by heat pressing the coverings and the core.</p> |
